As a former competitive athlete, Brady had always strove to find efficient and effective ways to improve his athletic performance. Now, he is focused on improving life performance, through the use of a functional training structure and daily movement first approach. Whether that be through weights, plyometrics, or endurance work, there is always a plan and always a goal. To move the best you can.
